Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within ten business days, and shipped via USPS, DHL eCommerce, UPS, or FedEx.
• Shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, sales, or high order volume.
• Some products may be shipped via partnership companies such as Printful and other brands. Shipping times and cost may vary for partnered companies.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or damaged, we will replace it after a claim is approved by the carrier.
• To file a claim, contact support@contrueversial.com

APO & PO Box Addresses

• APO addresses: Must use USPS.
• PO Box addresses: Must use USPS, UPS SurePost, or DHL eCommerce.

Order Issues & Cancellations

• If an item is out of stock, we may cancel, refund, or hold the order and notify you via email.
